Of course, I am not the only one in love with this guy. His facebook page has 7.7Million likes for god sakes. My love for him has gone to a different level. I even see him in my dreams. This is bad. I know. My long time and one only celebrity crush Ian Somerhalder/Damon Salvatore was forgotten. Lee Min Ho replaced him in my heart.  Let me tell you how I fell in love..

I got curious about Boys over Flowers. Whenever I read kdrama blogs, they would say that you arent a true kdrama fan if you havent seen BOF. So i went ahead and watched it. This was the drama that shot Lee Min Ho into an overnight success. After a few episodes of airing, all kinds of CF (commercial films) were offered, sponsors started pouring in. But, I wasnt drawn to him yet. I was on Team Ji Hoo. I liked Kim Hyung Joong first (that will be another post). I guess Goo Jun Pyo's annoying perm got to me. His fur coat--LOL. But I have to tell myself that they are trying to portray manga characters and according to reviews the Korean version did well.

Next on my drama list is Personal Taste - Lee Min Ho plays an architect and lady love Son Ye-Jin mistakenly assumed that he was gay. This drama was cute. It did not leave an impression at first. I had to watch it again to appreciate. No sparks here yet. But I have to admit that his smile makes me smile at my screen and look crazy. His smile is disarming.

My Favorite scene - Episode 6 - Gae In had menstrual cramps and Jin Ho rubbed her belly. Omo.

City Hunter. My bestest drama so far. My Top 1. I started falling for Yoon-sung. I realized that I love him with all my heart. I love everything about this drama. Even his pink pants. Enough said. 

And you got to have FAITH. A fantasy-historical-medical drama. Choi Young, Lee Min Ho's character, is a warrior in the Goryeo period and bodyguard to the King. I absolutely loved him here. I am obsessed. He looked good in the warrior outfits and that oh-so lovely mane of glory. He looked great in long hair! *sigh* I was not really too excited about his love interest, played by Kim Hee Sun, who was 10 years his senior irl. Well, at least that gives me hope that a Lee Min Ho-ahjumma love story can actually happen. HAHA.  I can watch this drama 100 times and wont get tired. 

And then HIM with facial hair. I just died. 

Unintentionally, I watched all Lee Min Ho dramas in the order from which they were shown from 2009 to 2012. I am planning on watching his earlier movies I am Sam and Mackerel Run. 

I cant wait for October, Yes my birth month. Another Lee Min Ho drama will premiere. HEIRS.

Jung Il-woo Flower Boy

Jung il-woo first caught my attention in My Fair Lady. I was still not over Princess Hours and I was trying to watch all of Yoon Eun-Hye's dramas. I thought that JIL had a resemblance with Joo Ji Hoon. JIL was a lawyer in My Fair Lady and I loved him.

Then comes Flower Boy Ramyun Shop. I've read a lot about this one. Everyone was raving about it so I decided to make it the first of my Jung Il-Woo drama list. Sad to say, I didnt like it. JIL played a chaebol who was arrogant and so full of himself. Yes, there was a lot of eye-candy going on but I just couldnt grasp it. I think this drama would be the worst I've seen. I skipped an episode just to get it over with. Even the kiss that received a lot of good words was not for me. IMHO, JIL did NOT know how to kiss and worse, the girl was so bad at it also. That kind of kiss deserves a response!  I've even read somewhere that its as if JIL was eating her. LOL.  JIL should get kissing pointers from one of his best buddies - Lee Min Ho.

Cha Chi Soo cuteness just didnt work for me.

 I am currently watching 49 days, where Jung Il-Woo plays as the "Scheduler" or a modern day grim reaper. I am now on episode 6 and the way things are going, i am guessing that this will be a Meet Joe Black repeat. JIL still hasnt redeemed himself to me in this drama. I am not liking his character yet. I still have a lot on my JIL list : Return of Iljimae, Moon Embracing the Sun.
